NetGiver Responds to Covid-19 Crisis
This is a scary time for all of us. We are adjusting and pivoting, and becoming creative with how we go about our days.
Whether with Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, we are using technology to stay close to the people we work with and care about, using technology to share our sorrows, joy, and what we have for breakfast. There are tools now to help us get through this time, but there are places that technology can’t reach. People are losing their jobs, concerned about the coming months, and having to lean on support services available through the government, friends and family, and charitable organizations.
NetGiver is a mobile app to provide donations to nonprofits, fee-free. And now, more than every, every penny of every donation matters to the organizations helping many through difficult times.
Please watch below the short video from NetGiver’s President and Co-Founder, Eric Berg.
What is NetGiver doing?
At NetGiver, we’ve turned our full attention to supporting the nonprofits in our community, particularly right here in MN. With our credit union partners and the Minnesota Credit Union Network, we’re working to ensure that the foodshelves we support receive 100% donations, arts organizations that keep us entertained receive 100% donations, pet shelters and aid organizations and faith foundations all receive 100% donations.
How we are asking you to help:
If you have an organization that you care about, please encourage them to enroll with NetGiver. It takes only a few minutes for a 501(c)(3) to complete the process and be able to receive fee-free donations.
By clicking the link below, we’ve created a pre-filled email for you to send and invite your charities.
And one more thing…
As we weather this storm, please stay safe, be well, and stay connected to one another.
