How Does It Work?
If you donate to a nonprofit that hasn’t connected its account to NetGiver, your gift will be made as a tax-deductible donation to Imagine the Difference Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. This ensures your contribution is processed immediately and securely, without fees, while we notify the nonprofit of your generosity.
What Happens Next?
Nonprofit Enrollment:
We contact the nonprofit and provide assistance to help them enroll on the NetGiver platform. Once they connect their account, your donation will be transferred directly to them in full.Nonprofit Doesn’t Enroll:
If the nonprofit does not enroll, donations are disbursed at regular intervals, ensuring your gift reaches its intended destination.
What Does This Mean for You?
Expanded Giving Options: You can now support any 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the U.S. directly through NetGiver, regardless of their enrollment status.
No-Fee Donations: Just as before, your donation is delivered in full—without processing or platform fees for you or the nonprofit.
Seamless Giving: You’ll receive a tax receipt from the Imagine the Difference Foundation, ensuring your contribution remains tax-deductible.
